July 15 Cleveland, Ohio The Radio Airplay Network has enjoyed tremendous success promoting new rap phenom Tha Message. Cleveland Unlimited Records employed HTL Consulting Group to come up with a marketing plan for the label as they prepared to roll out their first entry into the rap & hip hop music space. The label had its first single release in 1978 and is based in Shaker Heights, Ohio. To date, Cleveland Unlimited has been primarily a boutique urban jazz and R&B label with such artists on the roster as Jay Harmon, a jazz saxophist and Christopher Spraggins and Strange Band, a self contained r&b group out of Rochester, NY. The label has released the first single "Maybach Dreams Ft. Jc" from the 18 song double CD, "American Underdog; Ragz 2 Riche$". The Radio Airplay Network has secured a number of top reporting BDS stations that have recently added the single to its playlists, such as Chicago's Big Box Radio Station, Loud Cloud Radio & Media out of Philadelphia, and Atlanta's K-100!
